The Name? It’s a romantic gift from the Designer to his wife: Kilin is the abbreviation of “esquilinho” (small squirrel), the nickname of his wife. The “Kilin” is a straightforward and versatile armchair that quickly became a Brazilian design classic and bears a little of Rodrigues’ personal history within it.
