The Crowns suspension lights family by ITALAMP and Studio Marco Piva

The ancient tradition of glass is interpreted for Italamp by Marco Piva, an Italian architect and designer who shares with the company a style that focuses on modernization. The result is the Crowns suspension lights family, featuring elegant products designed for both classical and contemporary interiors.

At the Euroluce show, the company introduced an evolution of the product family. While large-scale lights remain the strength of the collection, floor lamps and sconces have been added. This transforms Crowns into a complete collection that – thanks to the variety of products united by a strong, cohesive visual identity – can satisfy the diverse needs of customers, architects and design professionals. The 130 cm diameter light allows the magnificence of Crowns to enhance hotels and exclusive residences, complementing a luxury lifestyle.

Various modular sections of glass that are individually blown and worked by hand by expert master glassmakers evoke the eighteenth century, recalling the shapes of bells, domes and crowns. The spectacular effects are heightened by soft lines that reflect and diffuse the light emitted by an LED light source.

Thanks to the ability to produce the glass in different colours and treatments, Crowns offers an exquisite, highly-sophisticated light. Specifically, for the first time, it is being offered in the shades of melanzana (eggplant), cipria (powder) and rosa confetto (candy pink) – elegant, natural colours that evoke warm earth tones, with a special lustre. An original colour combination full of glamour and luxury, it is ideal for chic settings.

Capitalizing on its roots and history, ITALAMP continues to promote its founding values and, thanks also to its collaboration with Studio Marco Piva, push forward into the future with an image that suits the broad, global context in which the company increasingly operates.
